Due to the recent strict inspection of multiple consignees by the US Customs, the company name is sometimes displayed after SHIP TO (destination) on the FBA label sent to Amazon. After the customs finds out, they will require the corresponding company’s importer’s tax number to complete customs clearance, otherwise there will be a risk of customs rejection and return.
Please remind customers when receiving the goods. If the company name is displayed on the FBA label, the following suggestions are made:
1: Before the customer prints the FBA label, delete the company name first and then print the label, delete the company name and then print the label, delete the company name and then print the label;
2: Use a marker to cover the company name after printing.
Please ask customers to pay more attention and actively cooperate with the operation to avoid affecting the customs clearance of the goods and causing customs rejection and return.
