FBA Pallet Requirements, Pallets must comply with the international standard ISPM15 (heat-treated pallets). If they are wooden pallets, they must be fumigated pallets (fumigation is to prevent the invasion of insect species in the wood, and the pallets must be pallets that can be forked in all four directions).
Specific requirements for different regions
- United States: Pallet size is 1.2×1.2 meters, total weight does not exceed 1500 pounds (about 680 kilograms), and height does not exceed 1.8 meters.
- United Kingdom: Pallet size is 1.2×1 meter, total weight does not exceed 1000 kilograms, and height does not exceed 1.7 meters.
- Europe: Pallet size is 1.2×0.8 meters, total weight does not exceed 22.7 kilograms, and height does not exceed 1.5 meters.
- Japan: Pallet size does not exceed 1.1×1.1 meters, total weight does not exceed 1000 kilograms.
Other considerations
- Label requirements: Four labels must be used for each pallet, including information such as shipper, consignee, contents and quantity.
- Packing requirements: Use transparent film to wrap the pallet to ensure that the goods are fixed on the pallet to avoid damage during transportation.
- Cooperation requirements: The carrier truck should log in to the FBA official website to make an appointment, clearly mention that the goods are for FBA, and provide the FBA goods SHIPMENT ID.
- Packing requirements: Make sure the goods in the carton are from the same PO. The weight of the carton must be less than or equal to 22.7 kg, unless the weight of the single item sold exceeds this standard.
