It was a coincidence that I chose to be a freight forwarder. At that time, I was engaged in the customs declaration service industry, providing customers with customs declaration services in China. However, more and more customers had the demand to ship goods from China, and they needed a freight forwarder to solve some problems for them. I am very happy that I can help so many companies ship goods smoothly. So I spent most of my time on this job.

You know that my initial team was just me. As my company’s shipments increased, I could not help so many customers arrange shipments from China alone, so I registered a freight forwarding company and found people who like this industry like me, and our team is developing!

Because different goods have different requirements, such as lithium battery products, cosmetics products, perfumes and other products, I was basically in the trial and error stage at the beginning, but with the growth of time and experience, I accumulated a lot of experience, and all my cooperative companies have gone through our many trials, not only from the perspective of time efficiency, but also from the perspective of channel price. Our cooperating carriers and transportation partners have been tested for many years.

After years of stable cooperation, I have obtained more discounts from transportation companies and airline partners, so our prices have obvious advantages compared with competitors.
